Just to remind everyone that you are welcome to join us for the next Glasgow Close Knit 850 'Knit Together' on Saturday, 31st May from 11am - 4.00pm in Easterhouse Parish Church, 30 Boyndie Street, Glasgow, G34 9JE.  

So far, the wonderful  knitters have created an astonishing 160+ blankets plus innumerable knitted/crocheted squares. On 31st May we will be focusing on sewing up squares into blankets. Please do drop by and lend a hand or maybe a crochet hook or darning needle. If you’ve never knitted before, come along and learn a wonderful new skill, knitting needles and wool will, of course, be provided…
