What We Do

Promotes the relationship between Presbytery of Glasgow and other Christian denominations within the bounds, with particular reference to the link with Glasgow Churches Together and Interfaith Glasgow.
Promotes dialogue with other faith communities in areas of common concern. Provides a platform for the work of the Ecumenical Officer.
Promotes the work of the Church of Scotland overseas.
Relates to Assembly Committees on overseas work.
Promotes the missionary partnership plan and enables links with congregations.
Promotes twinning partnerships between congregations within Glasgow Presbytery and congregations overseas.
Responds to human need around the world by loving service. Seeks to transform unjust structures within the world. Has concern for issues affecting Refugees and those seeking asylum.
Strives to safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the life of the earth. Encourages the worldwide church, in the proclamation of Jesus Christ, in His death, resurrection and ascension as the heart of the Christian message.
Act as a conduit for the work of the Twinning Group
