Further advice/information is vailable from the Property Convener or Buildings Officer via the Presbytery Office. Please note that in order to be considered, applications/other property business must be with the Convener 14 days before Presbytery meets. This is a practical deadline to allow proper consideration by the Committee.
Fire Safety Risk Assessment
Although currently recommended rather than compulsory, the Property Committee recommends that all congregations carry out a Fire Safety Risk Assessment, which can be done internally by congregations at no cost with the help of the documents below:
