This area of the website contains a variety of useful forms, guidelines and information on property matters.  Further advice/information is vailable from the Property Convener or Buildings Officer via the Presbytery Office.  Please note that in order to be considered, applications/other property business must be with the Convener 14 days before Presbytery meets.  This is a practical deadline to allow proper consideration by the Committee.

Fire Safety Risk Assessment

Although currently recommended rather than compulsory, the Property Committee recommends that all congregations carry out a Fire Safety Risk Assessment, which can be done internally by congregations at no cost with the help of the documents below:

Manse Condition Schedule

  • The General Trustees' Manse Condition Schedule is now part of the Annual Inspection of Records.   You can download a copy from the Church of Scotland website here.
